• To boost and develop Business Development Team for respective Branch

• Advisory Role for highest Investment Returns to Clients
• Set Targets for Team and achievement beyond target
• Proper Reporting System and Analytical Data of Sales
• Generate New Clients and Direct Sales for all Segments
• Design Sales & Marketing Campaigns in subordination to Cluster Head/VP
• Identify New Tools & Strategies in Business Development
• Operational/Strategically Support to RM/Dealers
• Research & Analysis of Current Market trends and to develop strategy
• Cultural Development Team Development within Branch
• Annual Target of 100 Cr of PMS Sales on self
• To design and devise new PMS/PAS Products
• To support other branches/franchises for PMS/PAS Sales
• To conduct Minimum 24 Seminars/Trainings/Investors’ Meet in a year
• To conduct Minimum 10 Training Programs in a year for team
• To generate minimum 300 KYC in a Year.

Salary 5 Lac To 9 Lac P.A.
