Job Description:
Attend all Walk‐in / telephonic / Email queries of customers for Hotel Booking, Tour
Packages, and Taxi services.
Understand customers’ requirements and provide accurate, comprehensive
information.
Coordinate with the Support Team for Customized quotations and manage bookings
Promote sale of the products for domestic travel
Payment Collection and handover to Accounts/Head Office
Follow up on enquiries rigorously to ensure maximum conversions
Maintain booking Inventory/online booking portal Inventory.
To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to generate business
Reporting of day to day working to Manager or Business head on daily bases.
Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the business head or manager.
Managing Products on online travel portals like Makemytrip, Goibibo, Booking.com,
Yatra.com, Tripadvisor, etc.
Hotel Reservation for Corporate and FIT clients coordination with front office and back‐
office.
Coordination with our Taxi Booking Portal (BookMyTaxi.co) vendors and clients.
Competency Requirements:
Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written) , Gujarati & Hindi
Negotiating/ influencing abilities
Sales‐Centric Attitude/ Business sense
Well versed with MS‐Word, Excel and Inter net browsing.
Good personality, willingness for work hard & enthusiastic.
Knowledge of Tourism industry, Tourist places, Indian Geography, etc.

Salary 1 Lac To 1 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
